Privacy Policy

The app is used only by the owner of HexaArtSpace with the owner’s own accounts. It is not available to the public and is not sold or shared.

• Etsy: the owner’s own shop and listings (titles, descriptions, tags, prices, photos, digital files, listing status). The app does not access or process buyers’ personal data.
• Google Drive: files and folders in the owner’s Google Drive. The app uses this only to create a folder for each listing, upload the shop’s print files, create shortcuts to the shop’s existing listing folders, and set “anyone with the link” sharing on those listing folders so buyers can download what they purchased.
• Pinterest: the owner’s own Pinterest business account, boards and board sections. The app uses this only to create and schedule pins for HexaArtSpace listings and to read the owner’s own boards, sections and pins to avoid duplicates.
• Gemini API (Google): the shop’s own mockup images are sent to the Gemini API to generate short image descriptions and alt text for pins. No personal data is included. Under the Gemini API free tier, Google may use submitted content to improve its products, as described in Google’s terms.

• Sign-in tokens for Etsy, Google and Pinterest are stored locally in the macOS Keychain on the owner’s computer.
• API keys and app credentials are stored in a local configuration file on the owner’s computer.
• Listing notes and logs are stored locally on the owner’s computer.
• Nothing is stored on any server operated by the app.

The app does not sell, rent or share data with third parties. Data is sent only to the service it belongs to (Etsy, Google Drive, Pinterest) or, for mockup images, to the Gemini API as described above. Data is not used for advertising.

RafShopUltimate’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access stops the app from reaching that account. Local tokens can also be deleted from the owner’s computer at any time.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
